Terms of service
Last updated 22 September 2026
1. These terms govern the website
These terms of service govern your use of the website at https://neuvex.live, which is published by NEUVEX LTD, Unit 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. They are about the site as a site: reading pages, using the contact form, and relying, or not relying, on what the pages say. They are not the contract for paid software engineering or consulting. That contract, when there is one, is formed in writing and is described in the terms and conditions published on this website, together with any statement of work that both sides agree.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You may still contact NEUVEX LTD by email at info@neuvex.live or by telephone on +44 7781 492018, and those messages are then ordinary correspondence rather than use of the web form. The privacy policy explains personal data. The cookie policy explains storage on your device. If those documents and these terms ever seem to speak differently about personal data or cookies, the privacy policy and the cookie policy prevail on those subjects. If these terms and the terms and conditions seem to speak differently about a paid engagement, the terms and conditions and the statement of work prevail for that engagement.
2. What the site is for
The site describes the work NEUVEX LTD offers to businesses: custom software programming, computer systems design, IT consulting and advisory, enterprise software engineering, software architecture design, technical and scientific consulting, custom web and mobile app development, API and systems integration, legacy system modernization, cloud solutions and migration, dedicated development teams, and software maintenance and support. The descriptions are general. They explain the kind of work, not a promise that a particular project will be accepted, priced, or delivered on a particular date. A page is not a quotation.
The work pages describe kinds of engagement. They are not case studies of named clients, and they do not report measured results. You should not read a poster, a photograph, or a sentence on the homepage as a claim that a named organisation achieved a particular outcome. Photographs are of objects, workshops, and buildings. They illustrate the visual language of the site. They are not pictures of a client’s system.
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or regulated professional advice to you. Technical descriptions are written so that a business reader can understand the practice. They are not a specification for your systems. Decisions about your software should be made with information about your own estate, which a public page does not have.
3. Using the site
You may read the pages, make a copy in your browser’s cache in the ordinary way, and print a page for your own internal reading. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the text or the visual design into another site and present it as yours. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people, and you may not attempt to gain access to any part of the hosting environment that is not a public page. You may not use the contact form to send malware, to send unlawful material, or to send a message that is nothing but an advertisement for an unrelated product.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not impersonate another person. Do not send confidential information that you are not allowed to share. The form asks for a name, an email address, and a message. Those fields must be genuine enough for a reply to reach you. Validation on the page and on the server checks presence and basic form. It does not check that you are who you say you are, and a successful submission is not an acknowledgement that NEUVEX LTD has agreed to any work.
The site is provided for use from the United Kingdom and from elsewhere. We do not represent that the site is appropriate for every jurisdiction. If you use it from outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative, and these terms are still governed by the law section below.
4. Intellectual property
The words, the layout, the photographs, and the cut-out images on the site are owned by NEUVEX LTD or used with permission for this site. The name NEUVEX and the wordmark on the pages are used by NEUVEX LTD. You do not acquire any right in them by visiting. A short quotation for the purpose of commentary, with a link back to the page, is acceptable. Reproducing a page, a substantial part of a page, or the photographic assets for a commercial site is not.
If you send us a message, you keep the rights in what you wrote. You give NEUVEX LTD permission to use that message in order to read it, store it, reply, and, if both sides later agree, to prepare a proposal. That permission is not a transfer of your intellectual property, and it is not permission to publish your message on the website. We do not publish client names or enquiry text as testimonials.
5. The contact form and availability
The form posts to contact.php. If the fields pass validation, the server attempts to email the message to info@neuvex.live and then sends your browser to the thank-you page. The thank-you page means the server accepted the message for sending. It is not a promise that a particular person has already read it, and it is not a promise of a reply within a stated number of hours. If the server cannot send the message, you are returned to the form with an explanation, and you should email info@neuvex.live directly.
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, networks, and browsers fail. We may withdraw or change a page without notice when we are correcting it or when the underlying practice changes. We are not liable for a loss that arises only because the site was unavailable for a period, or because a page was updated, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.
6. Liability for use of the website
The site is provided in good faith and with reasonable care in its drafting. Except for liability that cannot legally be limited, NEUVEX LTD is not liable for loss arising from use of the website, or from reliance on a general description on it, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or interruption, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. In particular, you should not configure, buy, or decommission a system solely because a sentence on this site described a kind of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to exclude.
The cap in the previous paragraph is about the website. It is not the cap for a paid project. A paid project’s liability is set out in the terms and conditions and in the statement of work, which can be negotiated for the scale of that work. Do not treat this page as the liability clause of a software build.
7. Third-party services
The pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. That is a third-party service, described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. We are not responsible for that service’s availability or for its handling of connection data beyond choosing to refer to it for type. Links to public authorities, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office, are provided for convenience. Those sites are not under our control.
8. Security of your own access
You are responsible for the device and the network you use to reach the site. Use a current browser if you can. Do not submit the contact form from a shared computer and then leave the session open if the message contains material you would not want the next person to see. We do not ask you to install software in order to read the site. A message that asks you to install a remote-access tool, or to pay an invoice you did not expect, is not a message from this website. Check the address bar. The site you mean is https://neuvex.live. If you are unsure that an email is from us, look at the sending address and, if you are still unsure, call +44 7781 492018 and ask. We will not be offended by the check.
These website terms are the whole agreement between you and NEUVEX LTD about use of the public site. They do not record a side promise made in a meeting about a project. Project promises belong in the statement of work. If a court finds that one sentence of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms stay in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your position under these website terms. We may assign them to a successor that continues the website, and we will say so on this page if that happens.
9. Changes, law, and contact
We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version for use from that point. A contract already formed for paid work is not rewritten by a change to these website terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about use of the website, except that if you are a consumer and a mandatory law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere, that right is not taken away. The site is aimed at businesses. If you use it as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections still apply where the law says they must.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@neuvex.live or posted to NEUVEX LTD, Unit 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. For a question about a possible engagement, use the contact form or the same email address, and describe the system you have in mind. That message starts a conversation. It does not, by itself, form a contract.
